Discovery Session
A client-tailored, one-time session that may cover Breathing Techniques, Yoga Basics and/or Meditation. Designed to educate, create inner awareness and cultivate deep peace.

Initial Session
The Initial Session includes a full consultation – basic Ayurvedic consultation and recommendations, Antioxidant Scan, Yoga techniques – as well as the design of the client’s foundational yoga program and take-home worksheets. Included in all packages. Two Hours instruction + practice design $165
Introductory Package
Three Session package; includes Initial Session and 2 follow-up appointments, plus take-home worksheets and one support CD.
Four and-a-Half Hours instruction + practice design + support CD $325
6-Session & 12-Session Intensive Packages
Includes all of the above, designed as consecutive bi-monthly or monthly sessions that build upon on another. Students receive a CD-series of the core teachings. This package offers deep and transformative work, supported by coaching and regular check-ins. Specific-focus sessions on Breath, Visualization, Meditation, Energy, Philosophy, Healing Principles, etc. depending on the student’s needs and intention, are an integral part of the series.
6-week Intensive – Nine hours Instruction + practice design + CDs $599
12-week Intensive – Sixteen hours instruction + practice design + CDs $1099
Monthly Support Program
Clients who complete a 6 or 12-week intensive are eligible to participate in a 6 or 12-month support program at a discounted rate. Additional courses can also be earned through a referral program. $80 per session.

Yoga Off the Mat
(a local or distance learning program)
Take your practice to the next level with Yoga Off the Mat, a program designed to integrate the principles of Yoga, Ayurveda and Self-Healing into your everyday life.
This 90-day journey covers six 60-minute sessions completed virtually, over phone and/or Skype.
Alternately, this is available as a hybrid session, with two 1 hr and15-minute live sessions and three 60-minute virtual sessions. Find out more here …

After only three sessions I am amazed at not only what I have learned, but how much I look forward to waking up in the morning and practicing my yoga. I’m excited because it is getting easier for me with every practice session and I have noticed a positive difference in how I feel.
