a story of GRATITUDE

a story of GRATITUDE

Due to weather conditions in Portland, this week’s travel plans to be with my family for the holidays were terribly thwarted, as many others experienced.

Following canceled flights, bus rides, Max rides, a taxi ride, a ride from a couple of strangers (don’t worry, they looked very nice); lines at the rental car counter, the train station and getting a hefty workout from pushing my 80lbs of luggage through thick snow, I finally caught a ride with a couple of generous friends and their dog to Southern Oregon.  In a car loaded with enough food and warm drink (thanks mom!) to feed us and any others in need, my father and youngest brother drove 10  hours to pick me up and take me back to California.

36 hours later, at 1am in the morning, the trip was complete.

All so I could spend the holiday with my family!

In that incredible, whirlwind experience, so many people, including people I didn’t know, friends and family that supported me, I was overcome with an immense amount of gratitude.

In that experience, I saw how those 36 hours were just a little example of how our entire life journey is affected and moved forward by others, even when we don’t understand how or why it’s happening the way that it is.

This beautiful microcosm of the incredible synchronistic orchestration of life.   And for me specifically, the reminder and recognition of all of the guidance and support that has orchestrated my life, especially I have chosen to step onto new paths in my journey.

I share this with you because you are an important part of this orchestration and for this I am deeply grateful.

Thank you to each of you, my clients, my friends, my family for contributing in a vital way to my life and work on this planet.  From the bottom of my heart -  thank you, thank you, thank you.
I wish only that the gifts you give are returned to you one-hundredfold.

Wishing much love and abundance this holiday season and always.

With Gratitude,
Gianna
