An Exercise on Perspective

Take a moment to try this today:

Observe your problems dispassionately, as from the top of a mountain.

Notice how this sense of the perspective may alter your view of the problem. We sometimes become lost in the narrow valley of the personal involvement.

Now discover the many things you have to be grateful for.  Sink into your heart and feel overwhelmed with gratitude for all that you have.
