Change, change, change…. (you’re supposed to sing that part)
It’s the new buzz word for 2009 and truly, there is an energy of change all around us.
Many people are hoping and working to change something – change the world, change society, change our loved ones(!), make things better around us.
The secret to change?
It’s not outside of us. In fact, the only way to change what is around us or outside of us, is to first change within. Want to save the world? Change yourself first. This week, go deep inside and discover one simple thing that you can change and see how this change inside of you affects your relationships and interactions with others and the outside world.
